The doctor has a terrible attitude. I took my son in to have his insoles replaced, and she cut them incorrectly. She wanted me to take them home because she said that was the right size for his feet, when in reality they were too wide, too short, and badly cut. They should install cameras in the office because it's not the first time she's treated us badly. She also attends to us with a bad attitude and a brusque, arrogant tone of voice.

The Dr is amazing she comforted me and was no nonsense something I have bern waiting for from a Dr and she is very thorough and explains everything I will recommend to anyone who is looking for a nice educated Dr who truly cares about her practice and her patients

I book my appointment through zocdoc, front office called me before my appointment and i was there on time. Front office one guy and one lady , both are very friendly and polite, professional. They have nice facilities there like Xray. Upon meeting with Dr. Stephanie Carter-Robin, Dr. describe my foot heel pain more precisely, she take personal interest in curing patients illnesses seriously. I feel more recovered after going through medication provided by Dr.
